FINAPP ALPHA TERMS OF SERVICE

FinApp is currently in alpha/beta. By creating an account or using this app, you choose to participate in an experimental release.
1. Alpha Status and User Choice
You understand and accept that FinApp alpha may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, service interruptions, and unexpected behavior. Use is voluntary and at your own risk.
2. Data Handling Risk Notice
We do not intend to sell or intentionally spread your data for commercial gain. However, some features depend on third-party services and tools, and data may be processed outside this app as part of those integrations.
3. Security and Liability
Despite reasonable efforts, no alpha system can guarantee full security. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinApp alpha is provided as-is and without warranties, and you acknowledge the risk of potential data loss, exposure, or unauthorized access during the alpha period.
4. Changes During Alpha
We may change, disable, reset, or remove features and data models at any time during alpha to improve stability and security.
5. Contact
If you discover a serious issue, data exposure risk, or security incident, report it immediately to the app owner/operator.
